    Hello guys. I just got my cdl A class. I am planning to join pam transport because they are the only company who’s taking inexperienced drivers in my area home daily. I am worried about road test? Pam road test is eady or hard do they ask for backing?thanks

    Ive applied in many companies they wana send me otr. I believe pam is better thn swift everyday home 0.37mile$ .

    Local in Michigan with a new CDL isn't gonna pay much to start. You may want to look at some of the LTL's. They will start you on the dock and have you fill in for drivers that are out until you gain some experience.
