Pam transport road test. Is it difficult?

I would think if you are new they are going to send you out with a trainer for at least a couple of weeks. Also not just speaking of Pam, but other training companies and megas I would not trust their promise of a home daily job.

 

When I got my CDL, I was contracted to work for Pam.

They bussed me down from pa to tontitown Arkansas (34. Hour bus ride) for orientation.

First few days was paperwork/contract.
Next few days was messing around in their yard. Maybe a week tops and they send you out with a trainer for two weeks or more.

Was very easy for me at the time. Shouldn't be to difficult. Depending upon the trainer you may just be thrown in the seat. And they may go to bed. That's what my teammate ended up with.
My trainer was better. Operated the truck as if I was the only driver there.

Best of luck. Use your head. It's the start of something great if it's for you. There is always a better company once you get the experience. Finish atleast a year. And go from there
