Mine has a stalk on the right side of steering column that controls the engine brake. The button on the end locks it in your current gear so it won’t upshift beyond it. Pulling it towards you upshifts, away downshifts.

That does come in handy when you’re stuck in traffic, or on a highway with rolling hills and you’d rather stay out of the big hole so you can keep your horsepower up.

I think the fuel pump issues started with the cm2250. Dad has the cm870 in his 2007, it’s has an EGR but no DPF. His is the DOHC version. Those fuel pump issues in the 2250 can just about bankrupt an owner when the metal comes apart and heads into the motor.

I rarely eat breakfast except for weekends. When I was a kid one of my favorite things to eat was a homemade biscuit with Karo Syrup. We would pour some Karo on a plate, then mix some butter up in it and use the biscuits to sop it up. Anyone else ever do that?

I remember dad using Karo on pancakes and waffles growing up. I never did try it though.
