Weren't you looking for some hub covers a while back. You can pick up a set of these in Chicago pretty reasonable. They would look good on your new ride.

What the.....!??

 

Check the fuses yet under the hood? Are the brake lights working? It might be the brown wire in the pigtail is a little loose, they tighten up with a flat blade or a pocket knife. The pigtail end probably has one or two small set screws holding it in place, just take them out separate the end and tighten up the wires.

Home right now. Temp is dropping, rain moving in.



Staring at the closet door. My tennis shoes are in there, and they know the only time I put them on is to take them for a walk. Maybe we can sneak a short stroll in between rain showers.

I’ve never understood this as a cop or as a driver. Law enforcement waves trucks through 99% of the time. You could be high on cocaine with a trailer full of dope or illegals and they just motion you through. I’m not complaining by any means.

When I roadblocked I liked messing with people. You keep a straight face and they think you are dead serious. When I drove for Ashley Distribution OTR we had an agreement to drop trailers at Dino’s Trucking in Saint Louis. One night I see a Dino’s truck pulling up to the roadblock, he hands his license out the window. I ask him where he is headed, he tells me.

I look at him and say “did you bring this load out of St. Louis off Reavis Barracks Road?” He says “yes, how in the world did you know that?” I said “Sir, they pay me to know things like that.” Never told him how I really knew

 

After just flying I bet Stwik doesn't have a pocket knife.

 

Good to see folks wanting/offering to help each other in a company rather than trying to make themselves look good by making others look bad!
