Well I'm in a differnt truck yet again tomorrow which the driver that was in it said not to use the aux switch for the trailer. So hopefully I get a good trailer to load with tomorrow. Today was a good day loading got out in a little over 2 hrs. And apparently I'm dedicated to loading out of Summit now.

I’ve been at A&R for over 3years now. It’s is currently October and my gross is up over65k.Mind you I work mon through Friday and am home nightly. I rarely sleep in my truck. Saturday work is always available if I need extra cash. So you can make money here. Here’s the catch. You have to be a runner. You can’t drag your but. You have to figure out your “ machine” and run it. If you overthink it and let it run you well then you’ll fail. I go to the railcar hook up, get my weight and leave. I don’t constantly check my weight because I know what to look and listen for. That takes time to learn but if your patient you’ll get it and cut your load times down. I use my digital scales on truck and trailer but also use the air gauges. I axel out my loads so they are legal. The blower and the sound it makes tells you everything you need to know. You control everything with your flow of material. Don’t give up. Once you get it. Once it clicks. That’s when you’ll start finding rewards. Yes the equipment is a struggle at times but they are working on it. They do something that most companies don’t do though. They respect their drivers.

What do you want to know about it. I’m out of Philly but I’ve been there before and I know a little about it.

Mostly what kind of freight they're running. Are they pulling mostly frack sand or what?

I live near there, and looking to eventually get away from bumping docks but I'm not sure yet if I am up to the task of running around in the sticks of WV in a truck.
