The load boards aren't much better for staying home every day and avoiding the mountains. A lot of the easy I-25 runs seem to be going for cheap. If you are getting your own numbers, my suggestion would be to find shippers directly.

I was planning on staying south for the winter and run closer during the summer months.

The problem is if you try running up and down I-25 you could be sitting a lot as the traffic gets worse everyday
-
Yeah I know. I hate I25. I think I would run more west, I live about 4 hrs west of Denver. For what they pay it don't seem worth it at all. Unless I miss understood him and it was 4500 a week.loudtom Thanks this.

I-70 is no better and ski season is upon us again and you know who is more important.Coloradoman Thanks this.

That's the truth. Still waiting on a few other companies to call me back. Would rather run south for the winter than the mountains lol. Summers not any better up that way, all the construction. It's a lose lose situation lol.
-
But we can vote to let c-dot have more money to fix these over crowded roads, they do it right the first time quick, right?
-
Yeah lol real quick. Colorado takes enough taxes they shouldn't need anymore funding. It's all a joke that we pay for lol
