I'm trying to get on at Walkersville MD. Good luck brother!

 

I have two years with all my endorsements. The only thing I don't have is a TWIC. Will they help you get one or reimburse you if you don't already have one?

 

Does this place require tanker experience? all of their ads just say 2 years experience .

 

No tanker experiance not required,but must have tanker and haz-mat endorsement before applying.

 

What about TWIC?

 

Not required, but if needed at your location they will help you get it.

 

Do they provide training? What's a typical day like? How many hours?

 

You will have 1 week paid classroom training at the main terminal in Altoona pa,then a week or more in a truck with a trainer at your home terminal. A typical day is sign on to the truck,get a message with your stores for the shift,do them and then clean the truck for the next shift and go home. Usually 10 to11 hr.

 

Sounds simple enough.

How is the equipment?

 

Volvos 10 speeds no autos. New tractors every 3 years, new trailers every 6
