I didnt fix the problem but most likely my injectors was failing, now I have cummins n14 and changed couple injectors on it, can tell that even reman injectors from the dealer can be faulty, had 2 out of 3 bad, take heat gun and check temperature difference between cylinders on the exhaust ports

what happened to the engine since it doesnt start?
my friend after rebuilding mack engine couldnt get it to start, turned out to be jakebrakes wouldnt let it start because of not enough oil pressure or something

since its getting electrical code, might be rusted connection wire harness or something else not giving signal to ECM to start engine, do you get power to injectors, u can check it with NOID lights u plug in to injector harness

Look at fuse box and locate the ECM fuse, if you don't have power on that fuse, the engine won't start and must check harness from battery to fuse box: wires, connections, etc. I had same code and 1 pin rusted caused not power on the ecm fuse. I hope help.
