FYI there is a company called CircuitBoardMedics.com that repairs circuit boards. They're all considered disposable, but sometimes circuit boards can be fixed. I had a HVAC dash control unit go bad in my car and the dealer wanted $675 just for the part! These guys fixed it for about $120. That was about 4 years ago and it's still working. They charge by the hour, but that Carrier board is pricey so you might want to try fixing it, or at least ask about fixing it.

Can anyone out there tell my why I have no power on the control module in the cab on a comfort pro model pc6022? swapped the module with a new one and still no power. I have power on the 20 amp fuse in the box but not the 5amp fuse.

Open your Apu make sure the plug ins on the control module on the 16 pin and 4 pin are pushed all the way in. Also insure you actually have 12v and not damaged battery cables to the Apu.

Irrelevant about your fuses but the fuses should be 15amp for fan, 20 amp for 12v for condenser box.

Then from moving from outside to inside Check under your bunk in the condenser box, the 4 pin harness wire that runs from your Apu even if it's still plugged in push those in sometimes one of the pins can back out. Also check and make sure your cat5 cable is plugged in from condenser box to control panel. Sometimes that wire can get damaged under your bunk.

Ive got a comfortpro that ran fine til i ran my vacuum cleaner a minute or two then it tripped out. Cranks but will only low idle and blow smoke and all the panel says is HVAC RESET. No bad fuses and ive reset everything but the gfci plug under bed wont reset and im wondering if that is my problem. Took it to transicold and they are a bunch of lying robbers that just play dumb and start throwing parts at it.

Sounds like you tripped the breaker right at the generator. Get a 1/2 wrench or socket take the cover off your apu. On the back wall down at bottom you should see a red reset button (possibly two depending on the model) just push that in and it should click. It might be possible to get to them without take the cover off but it's easier that way. Maybe even possible take the bottom panel off too.

Ive tried a few times to reset that red button and it will not press so i assumed that it wasnt tripped

Also possible that breaker isn't holding anymore. On your control panel have you hit the ESC/reset button? Without taking a look myself with a voltmeter and checking the path it's hard to give you an exact spot where your issue is. Could possible be failed board too.
