Where is everyone #5

I had to fight for every one of my 610 miles today. The original tarps job were not going to get it today so I spent an hour and a half reworking them in the rain and mud this morning.
Parked at the “coffee cup” in Moorcroft, WY. Hoping to make Dakota, NM tomarow?

That sucks. Big Chief is a great truck stop. Very cheap beer there, lol.

 

It's crazy to me that it's 80° here in SC still and you're up there riding snow already! Stay safe! Oh and I'm guessing the rebuilt trailer is working out for ya.

LOL, I hope you consider it a blessing. If you had NY, NJ, MD or PA as neighbors it would probably be a different story.

We think it's bad around here but I've got a friend who moved here from Houston a couple of years ago and he talks about the horror stories just in traffic and how long it takes to go somewhere down there, I don't know how people do it on a daily basis.

 

And a good bison t-bone.

 

Was the last truck to load out of five. I took 98 calves out to the desert for the winter. Got some funny looks for just using a paddle to walk em on. Seems to me it's faster to gently walk them on instead of zapping them all half a dozen times with a hotshot and chasing them back and forth after they're snorting and slinging snot everywhere. I don't think it took me any longer to load than the other trucks. But what do I know, I'm new I guess.

 

Now I'm looking more forward to the >80°F temps tomorrow in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. Keep that stuff over there.
