Maybe, they serve it at our local Mexican restaurants and when I delivered groceries I asked and that’s what several different cooks told me.

So of course I jump out and go introduce myself. It’s a ‘82 model, standard hood, just as nice inside as out. Four-and-a-quarter with a fresh FULL rebuild, 13 speed, 373’s on tall 24’s.

I looked up Queso Fresco sauce recipe, it’s American cheese, milk, butter and a couple other spices.

It's a very "light" sort of cheese sauce. Doesn't overpower or take away from anything within the burrito. I'd imagine @johndeere4020 and @catalinaflyer are correct. They describe it as "cheese sauce" on the menu. It's not too thick

When I hauled a load for Hog Slats outta Newton Grove, NC the scalemaster said the same thing.

"Son, that's the smell of money."

Not sure on your typical route in Georgia or if you've ever stopped... but it's the same thing they got at the Mexican joint in Adel, Georgia. Don Julio's.

Super good in my opinion. :)

In Bucyrus for the night. Got my load all ready for tomorrow (all but two straps left on it) and just have to creep on over in the morning.

No word on a reload yet (always a fun time when you are fighting the bankers hours of Ontario receivers) but I'm hoping for something from the US back to Winnipeg.

Stopped in at the chrome shop in Lake Station, picked up a dozen of these little beauties:

    20181010_192513.jpg

Didn't get them on till I got here, so I have no idea how they look in the Sun, but they are shinier than my toggle extensions, so that should mean good things.

I saw enough stuff I wanted there I could have spent an entire paycheque, but my queen would kill me. All I need now is a quilted shifter boot in a dark blue to match my interior, and one of those screw top shifter adapters for a glitter knob. The boot I was ready to buy today, but they didn't have the colour I wanted, and the shifter topper is a bigger purchase for another time.

She’s got her work clothes on in these pics, which gets my respect. No pavement princess, but still show quality for sure. He showed me pics of it all polished up, and it’s beautiful.

Real nice guy, same first name as me, used to haul frac sand so we got along real well. Coulda stood and talked and stared at that rig all dang night.
