You absolutely correct - it doesn’t melt very well. But I love it on fresh tortillas with some spiced shredded chicken and rice with green chili. I probably eat it 4 times a week (minus the fresh tortillas) when I am in the truck. It fast hot and delicious.

@Rontonio They hired a guy. Old coot, 60. I rode with him last Friday. Seems to handle machines ok as he has been an operator also. Driving skills are not what they should be for a guy that has driven for 22 yrs. Took off in wrong gear several times, never uses left foot to brake, and he double clutches...……………. I'll correct these things this Friday I hope.
Think he starts Monday.. I will be in Ka'anapali Beach on Tues pm enjoying retirement. Again.

My mom grew up in town, dad said when they first started milking the cows came in off fresh pasture and were pretty loose. He said one got her right in the head over the stall, she ran out and he said he figured he’d never get her in the parlor again. He said she came back in 20 minutes with clean hair and a bandanna.

This is the best I could get for tonight.

Also realized why I couldn't get the screw for the top left hole in the B-panel to fit was because somebody broke the bolt that was in there. Because using a power driver is so necessary to do and undo these bolts.

Going to have to get my mechanic buddy to drill it out or something.
