Many bad viruses, and bacteria spreading this year in the USA, maybe north America?

Typhus is becoming an issue in L.A. area.
And in my part of the north the Adreno virus has killed old, and young people. Very strange stuff indeed.
    Take your multivitamins.
Than your herbals such as echinacea.
And take more vitamin C however you can get it.
    Keep you immune system healthy.

Typhus is not welcome. Unfortunately. Carried by the flea I believe.

Your Gut and stomach is 70% of your immune system, generally against bad food and ingested substances harmful to the body. IF you got sick on something then that's good. (It's not good to be sick but if you consider it that your body is removing it, that's good. Be sick and done with it. Get going yer late.) Log that as a 30 minute break for your daily and move on with your day.

Do whatever you can to disinfect your tractor interior once a week, 10% bleach solution completely by hand on ALL surfaces. You don't understand what a human disposes of in way of cells, waste and so on in a living space that accumulates which EVENTUALLY will attract natures little helpers to thrive on that stuff and breed. If that does not scare you away from your tractor I don't know what will.

    He he.

I lived in Frederick many years in Maryland and there is a Army Base there called Fort Detrick. Under that base is a very top level containment medical and bio lab. It is one of a handful of places where Uncle Sam does work with things that will probably kill half the east coast in a short time if it ever got out of there.

I have all of my immunization cards from childhood. However I am past 50 and may have to have a booster here and there. I am already taking two immune shots just a month ago, one against flu and one against fluids filling the lung from a specific infection that's probably capable of drowning you pretty quick. (Have some steriods on hand, dries you right up, it's a fast and dirty street and family doctor way of stopping the sniffles before you get too sick.)

    Mattflat362 and Oldironfan Thank this.

I have sometimes wondered if it would be worth getting a basic HEPA air filter to run occasionally in a truck. Anyone else do this?

simple hand washing helps. innoculations also help.

standing away from people that sneeze, coughs, helps

in other words, avoid all human contact, (to me) especially at many warehouse where you see lots of foreigners working.

Never use the community pen at the shipper or receiver. Carry your own pen, and don't let anyone else use it either.

Don't touch the bills in the spots where someone has licked their finger and turned the pages.

The touch pads on ATM's and grocery store checkouts have more bacteria on them than a toilet seat. Door handles, shopping carts, money, fuel pump handles, anything everybody touches. Invest in latex gloves,,,:puke:

Is this a reason to do Hazmat so the PPE keeps the bugs away?

I just vacuumed my carpeted floor.

Trucks are always so dusty. It makes me wish they had air filtration like an ion filter system.
