Sitting in Friendship, TN waiting on that stupid clock on the dash to tell me "go". Feel pretty accomplished yesterday, almost made driver status. Was on the port trying to put a wing in a ship from 4:00 PM Wednesday till 1:30 PM yesterday when it finally left my trailer (didn't stick around to see if it went in the hold, I had signed bills and an empty deck, I container drivered it out of there). Ran to the drop yard, dropped the stretch flat, grabbed a conestoga and managed to make 662.4 miles with 4 minutes to spare on my 11.

 

Nice to see ya back in the saddle again @catalinaflyer the NW didn't appreciate ya like we do.

 

saw one of your cohorts this morning on I-70 between Indianapolis and Richmond he was headed west a gray or silver t660 pulling an oversized

I can't tell if Melton has made me soft or if this load is gonna be right on the money anyway... I'll be there... I think pending traffic... but I'm gonna be on a 10 hour break...

Of course its a JIT too

 

Not sure who that would be, didn't know we still had any 660's on the road, most of those guys got new W-900's.

 

I saw one (660) in Phoenix pulling a conestoga a few weeks ago
