Lol, no. None of that. But don't see why you would want to have them on. Them things are heavy and suffocate your feet.

We had a guy in my training class that dropped out because of that. He was an experienced guy on the Van side, but he locked up when he was on the cat walk. When he finally made it back down he walked over to the trainer’s office and left the program. We also had a guy that couldn’t have been more than 90lbs who couldn’t complete the 80lb push. They sent him home, you could tell he was heartbroken. But I guess there’s a reason for that. I’ve had trouble muscleing the 20’ hoses on to the rack on more than one occation and I’m pretty stocky. .. err .. fat.

Ever have to try and get one on that still had 3 gallons of juice in it? Pump died and customer fill line was 3 inches off the ground, without a bleeder, had to get as much out as I could with the trailer bleeder, then crack the hoses one by one, fill a bucket, dump it in the top, crack a hose, fill a bucket, dump it in the top...maybe 10 or 15 gallons (laps o_O) out of 5 hoses and the pump, got them capped, the things still weighed 50 pounds each, and flaccid.. Phillips 66 in Kansas, some kind of huge pumping station for pipelines that run all over the country.

I can see how some folks might have a problem with the catwalk, especially since a few are so big that I can't see how they can even get up the ladder.

Oh man, that’s classic! Thankfully, I never had to deal with that type of extreme, but I did have a heat sensitive polymer that was on the low end of it’s temp range at delivery, and the outside temp was in single digits. That stuff went from snot, to concrete once the tank went dry. Those hoses felt like 70 lbs a piece. I felt sorry for the poor dude at the tank wash that had to clean that mess out. Good times...
