Prior accidents?

It might show up on his public record he don't seem to be aware of. Called DAC. But, stay clean. And in a few years. It won't even matter. Stay away from DAC companies and no one will even care.

I have a very recent situation and here it is I was working my shift and I entered into a customer's yard I dismounted from my tractor to go check a trailer if it was empty and in my absence that tractor rolled and hit a outside companies trailer the front end sustained major damage and I was towed back to the terminal. I was instructed to go take a drug test which I attempted when I arrived at the drug testing site the lady told me I need the authorization form which I didn't have so I returned back to the terminal and they said forget the drug test for right now just go ahead and clock out and come in Monday to talk to safety so I left and on the way home I got rear-ended buy another car there were no injuries and the police classified it as an incident with no injuries can anyone tell me where I stand at right now as far as my DAC and MVR

 

I will also mention the day before I turned in my two weeks notice because I have a start date with a new company and I don't know what to do
