Nick's bbq on I40 in Arkansas exit 183 has awesome catfish! Plenty of parking too.

Not I 20 though. I've been to Nicks at the old spot. For the price of their food you would think you would be eating wild caught catfish. Farmed catfish is nothing alike. And the chicken is very good yet scares the hell out of me being it is pink and slimy. The fried green tomatoes are ok but to thick of breading.

I never went to Jack's as the 167 exit east bound was closed for Nascar race being over, Talladega.

Do the Nascar teams like Hendricks get those stupid cascadia given to them free??? Because I doubt they would spend money of their own on one.

Somebody mentioned catfish.... I liked it. Not close enough to 20 to mention... Stay focused weed hopper! Lol. Not sure what deals nascar teams get on haulers, probably something good for marketing them. I've talked to three owner ops who love Cascadias, two were at dinner Friday night ordered 2018's and another one is the owner where I'm at now. He loves it, oo specs, air ride, I shift, disc brakes. I've never driven one but I'd like to try it out..

I-Shift? Freightliner? You could be charged with some sort of felony for such a mis-speak. The new Detroit DT12 generation may well be superior to the current generation of Volvo I-shift transmissions. Volvo was the first to make a good auto, but I think they may have lost that title now to Detroit. And Paccar is not far behind, them now.

I might as well hang a retired sign on my account. Old, Slow and late. You'all are GOOOOD today. I was gonna say a little bit of catfish.

It is a mind bender for me coming from the Bay. To riverine food. Im still getting used to it. The one thing I would not mind again someday is a honest by god clean salmon fresh caught and properly filet and cooked just so with a dab of sauce. A dear friend in West Virginia taught me how to enjoy those one day long ago. It was good.

Lonoke Arkansas north side of 40 has much acres devoted to fish. There are some very large water based operations along 40 say between mm oh... 160 to maybe 200 at most.

I hope you did not consume that chicken for your sake. Toss the slime. Toss it all.

You need to have chicken a certain way of proper cooking. If you cannot have it properly processed and cooked to your happiness don't put that slimy into your gut. You would be sorry. Savvy?

Nick's smokes their chicken for like 4 hours?
To bad they are not smart enough to smoke the fish.
Come up to my neck of the woods where everybody owns a little smoker.
