People are people. What shirt a man wears to work don’t change what’s in him. People that want power over others get jobs that give them power over others. Pretty rare they want power “to help” others.
Same way it strikes me regarding politicians. Somebody that wants nothing more than to be the boss of other people/ ever body else ain’t doing it for the warm feeling in their gut from helping people.

Got that right. A lot of them were picked on or unpopular in school, and this is their revenge.

I don’t care how tired you are, loading or unloading got me wired up every time. From chasing them from the sale barn or sorting them back out, it’s like a shot of adrenaline. Everyone knows there ain’t no feelin like cow mobilin’.

I was concerned about ticking you off when I wrote that earlier today. I had no idea that you felt like this. I'm not surprised though. I'm unfortunately in the same boat about most things involving money. I saw some shady things in the military I'm sorry to say. About 11 year's ago is when I got my faith in law enforcement ripped to shreds. I wholeheartedly agree with that last sentence. The sad thing is that a town close to here just dissolved it's police department because the Chief AND his second in command were both on the clock as supervisors while they were off somewhere working for some trucking company. The state didn't even have a protocol to follow because the situation hadn't ever come up before or even dreamed of. The Sheriffs ( I believe ) and the State Highway Patrol are in charge there now without a plan to resolve the issue yet.

No offense taken! My first dept chief of police was fired a few years ago for hit and run DUI. My 2nd dept FTO was arrested and is now a convicted sex offender for sleeping with an underage girl. My 3rd dept had multiple officers arrested, various felonies from embezzlement to sodomy. When someone in law enforcement gets arrested, it’s usually because they pissed someone off. When you hear them describe a top law enforcement official as “straight and narrow, by the book”, those are usually the most corrupt.

They didn’t get to the top by being forthright. They were for sale to the highest bidder.

Has anyone had issues with both beams working properly on the trux led projector headlights? I've got a '97 379 that I'm trying to put these on and I'll plug them in according to what the instructions show and the lo beams, halos, and marker/turn signal works fine. Then i'll hit the hi beams button and everything goes out but the actual lo beams stay on, no hi beams come on and the halos and marker lights turn off as well. So i tried switching the lo and hi beam plug ins around to where the hi beam plug in on the headlight is hooked up with the lo beam outlet on the truck and lo beam on the headlight is hooked up to hi beam outlet on the truck. Now all the lights work including hi beams, only problem is the truck is still on the lo beam setting. Was wondering if anybody had any thoughts?
