8 million is too big for small claims. What you have is a willful refusal flat to pay.

You better forward everything to the State's Atty General and get a Lawyer involved. It is not only progressed to where you might get your 8 million back, you might even go after them for Punitive which might make you the brand new owner of everything when the Courts get through. What you are doing is essentially getting a Judgement against them.

Stop being nice. Get ruthless. And fast.
