well been driving a month now....seems like forever. Been to Ft.Wayne Indiana, Toledo, Ohio worked Cincinnati all day today. averaging 1100 miles a week. Not bad for a local job i guess. truck doesnt have placard holders.....get sick of cleaning the side of the truck to make tape stick. really gets old. Other than the placard holders im really happy with the job.if you wanna call it a job...really doesnt seem like one. dont get me wrong.i'd rather hit the lottery but driving isnt quite the same as working on an assembly line for GM. or working outside at a hazardous waste facility. at times i feel lucky i got my job.....other times i dont see how i can put up with idiot drivers for the next 25 years. it all has its good and bad....but its still the best job ive had in 16 years. not the best paying...but i really dont do crap either!

well still driving . been to kentucky now. really getting comfortable......well you know what i mean....as comfortable as one can be in a truck. i sit at a store warehouse the other day for 5 hours.....asked my dispatch if i could get a sleeper on my truck so i could be more comfortable.....didnt quite find the humor in it that i did. at any rate the job is going well and im injoying the %$## out of it. wud up sis.

Glad things are going well. That's a bummer that they didn't see the humor in that question! Some people just have NO sense of humor at all.:biggrin_25512:
