    Not meaning to hijack the thread, but reefer tanks have this same problem. This is also why the APU fuel pickups only go so far down. Most all fuel tanks have a sump bolt very near the bottom. Park the unit on a hill pull that sump bolt out and drain that crap out. Then clean it. You should be good as new.
