Not much of anything good, at least not on our board.
Gonna get up in the morning and head out desert way and load Saturday.

I went up through Sarnia/Port Huron, might have been one of our other trucks. Lots of guys out this way this week.
I was running like a bat outta hell today. Got to my unload 10 minutes late but kept the customer up to date and he was able to stay to unload. Had a little delay crossing at the border, but hot dam did I get good luck on the 401.
Only slowdowns were the lane shift right before exit 330.

Well hot #### where does one park in Laredo when they don’t have a terminal there.
“Yeah Stwik just go to exit 7 like usual, terminal is right there”
..........WAIT NO YOU CANT STUPID.
Talk about a curveball. Oops.
May streetside it again... don’t trust that mega cluster up at exit 13... and Encinal is a little far in my opinion.

I totally misunderstood what yall were talking about. I have boots resoled, but for the life of me I didn't know how you were doing it with rivets. Whoosh (over my head for a second).BigBob410, Shock Therapy, 1951 ford and 13 others Thank this.

If it was me I would come out of TX at Plains on 380. Turn north at Roswell, stop in Moriarty at Lisa's or Chili Hills and then take the goat trail through Shiprock and come up through Moab.

Got a deal on some aluminum outers and am trying some new cheap tires on the lowboy. Caps tend to wear better and take the scrubbing better.......until they blow.
Anybody heard of these before?
Dawgpound?
Edit to add that the wheels I bought were used, you can no doubt tell that though.Last edited: Oct 18, 2018

Ok Men, I need some help here. This old Pete has a bad drag link and it's not available from Peterbilt anymore. I've been told these ball and sockets in the drag link are replaceable. Can one of you educate me?

Quite true.
I like my job and where I work, any plans are still a ways out. Have too many ducks I have to get in line before I can begin to take the big step.
At least I work for a private carrier, so we don't compete for freight on the general market. But on occasion we call up an outside carrier to help cover loads if I'm swamped. So if/when I do start up my own gig, I could put my name on the list of people to call if they needed a hand. Almost like I'm working for a potential future customer.
