    2012 Freightliner Cascadia dd15 has not used any def with last three tanks of fuel. The truck has not thrown any codes and is not derated. Any ideas?

    Gauge not working? Unless there was some kind of a delete done there should be all kinds of faults and warning lights going off if it hasn't used any DEF.

    Could this hurt the scr, doc since it’s not getting def? Already put about 2000 mikes on it before I noticed it wasn’t using def, I have about 2000 more before I get home to repair it

    DOC is located between engine and dpf. So no way to damage it.

    This exact thing happened to me in a Volvo... About 4 days after it quit using def it finally derated me and threw a bunch of codes. The power wire to the aftertreatment control module broke.
