10 HR break interrupted

Over the years, I've found the places I've worked more willing to bend over backwards and help the guys who "go the extra mile" than they are the ones looking to get by doing only what is absolutely required of them. Promotions and pay raises happen quicker, time off requests granted with less hassle, etc...not talking put in extra hours, just a few minutes here or there to get something done.

 

Comes as no shock brown noses willing to work for free are thrown scraps in compensation.
Never have an issue taking whatever time I wanted. If there was I would fire them.

My rules are simple. Pay me for what I do I will get the job done.
