    Ok,
I am a semi-recent grad of FFEs cdl school in Pine Bluff, Ark. I have been a solo driver for a few months now. I will try and shed some light on what I know about the FFE side who owns LML.

When ur training with FFE trainers, if you have a problem or u and him just dont jive, u can call driver training which I think they now call driver finshing to request a new trainer. Now, they may put you on a bus back to dallas or they may wait intill ur truck is back in dallas. The training dept is run by Rhonda Thomas. She is an awesome lady who can handle any problem you have.

FFE/LML/AEL do not hire out of FL anymore. I was the last one to get hired that I know of and that was in October. They have very little fright coming in but alot going out. They have also started to move alot by rail. The miles are there to run if you want them and they will keep you busy.

The Fleet managers are touch and go. I got started out with a new one and got screwed over really bad. So, i got mad told em im quitting, now I have a new fleet manager and he is a hell of a guy.

If you have any other questions please ask and ill responed as soon as possible. Also, #### u lise drivers, for some reason u guys always get to go faster then us :(

I am a lease driver for Lisa. I have been there almost 5 months. I love it here. I am making great money and I will post my paychek up here as soon as I figure this scanning this out.

I have had my first damage product situation. My god it was simple and I was not held resposnsible. I just sent in a macro 20, the OSD person called me (I dont want to give her name out) She asked what happened and then said to go ahead go. She took care of it.

I actually ran out of hours for the first time with Lisa. First, I am not sure how I amaged that but regardless, I was out. I thought great, my dispatcher is gong to be mad and I would never get another load. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT HAPPENED. I called, they gave me a 34 hour restart and I continued on. I still get great loads. No hard feelings.

    I love this place.

Im a new bee truck driver right out of CDL school, i read some really good things about lisa, I know from talking with truckers who have over 35 years experience, " THEIRS NO PERFECT TRUCKING COMPANY" I turned down werner fro good reasons, but lisa has answered all my questions, and when the ??** hits the fan in the military, it comkes hard and fast, so
this newbee is looking foward to going to lisa, and remember newbees, DO YOUR HOME WORK ON A COMPANY, LISTEN TO QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE DRIVERS, then make your decision. I called over 40 companys, this economy is not good right know, so Its going to be harder for us new people, so learn as much as you can, listen to the more experience, and suck it up, we all have to start some where, everybody out their driving had to start from the bottom at one point or another......so like Us ARMY MEDIC SAY " HIGH SPEED AND LOW DRAG" ONE SHOT ONE KILL,,,,STYA IN TOUCH,,,AND GOD BLESS........THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ADVICE
