Do a hybrid work of dry van and reefer as that's how I got a lot of miles when I last drove for celadon out of California with a fleet manager in henderson Colorado

Always remember that orientation is like a week long job interview. Always be on time, clean, respectful and no drinking at all. You’re not usually officially hired until the last day, therefore some of your classmates might get sent home for failing the drug test, failing the DOT physical, lying on their applications, etc. Don’t be that guy. But, just in case something goes wrong, have some cash or a credit card available so you can always get home on your own.

 

What is the starting CPM pay for recent graduates? Is there a difference in pay between Dry Van+Reefer? Did they increase or adjust their pay package? They are advertising healthy looking bonuses - will talk to a recruiter but rather hear it from an actual driver - give us an update also of how its going for you - thanks
