Where is everyone #5

Well, ran all night again. Unloading my last one before nap time the PTO starts making an awful racket. I knew what it was but it was too late to do anything about it, so I went ahead and finished up. Sure enough, PTO won’t kick out. Bearing has come apart and wedged in there just so the fork won’t slide back.

Eased her out onto the road, climbed underneath in the mud (y’all saw the pic I posted earlier), pulled the drive shaft and drove her 90 miles back to the yard.

Told the guys to fix it, I’m going to the house for a shower and sleep. Gotta get back after it when they get it done.

Nap time. Y’all be cool.

Will do. Maybe a few weeks when everything slows up, Ill sit down and get everything organized and uploaded. Have to make sure Rutless can see them. To the question about the 4 coils. I don't recall, but Dad did say the were not as heavy as you would think. The were black Iron. I'm certain 100k plus on a 36 or 38 foot tandem, Single screw tandem gas job to come north over the hills down there probably was a work out.
