    good morning

What are my chances of being hired by another trucking company; cell phone ticket in a tractor trailer or 2 point improper lane change?

    Thank you

You said “cell phone ticket in a tractor trailer or 2 point improper lane change”

What one is it? Is it both? Did you receive 2 tickets?

What else is on your record, going back 5 years? With cell phone and improper lane change it’s gonna be tuff to find a job, your driving record basically says you don’t care about saftey.

Maybe throw out some more info, including the state you live in. Then @Chinatown can possibly give you a list of 2nd chance company’s.

I'm guessing he swerved while on the phone.

    Fine won't be cheap.

Originally issued cell phone ticket and unsafe driving. NJ

Went to court and have 2 options; either pay 1 offense cell tickets and unsafe driving dismissed OR 2 point ticket improper lane change.

Last 5 years up to date: unsafe driving with conviction date 11/24/14 and a small fender bender accident in 4/3/2015 with no points or tickets.

Currently have no points on drivers license.

Either quickly get a lawyer, or take the improper lane change ticket.

Third option, repeat this " Hi, welcome to Wal-Mart"

ask to plea it down to say a broken tail light, BUT tell them you WILL PAY the fine...all they want is the money.

    and watch out next time....

If all else fails, plea guilty if the judge is willing to give you a suspended sentence. Find yourself a lawyer and buy a taxi cab, you're perfect for the job.
