Sure is a good morning when ya wake up and have the same air pressure as when ya went to sleep....not bad for a 20 yr old truck !

Thanks @johndeere4020! When did that become popular? I've noticed a lot of companies have gotten away from wheel scrapers in favor of those pans but had never seen haul trucks used to pull them until the other day. One of the downfalls of using 4wd articulated tractors was the brake system wasn't designed to be pulling that kind of weight. I got to replace two N14's in IH tractors that got into an overspeed condition pulling two loaded pans downhill, that was before smart phones so no pictures but it wasn't pretty.

I got a caterpillar question. 3406e 5ek, Antifreeze going someplace. No external leaks. Uses about 1 1/2 gallons of antifreeze a week. A couple of times a week when I start it you can tell some is getting into one of the pistons the way it sounds. A puff of white smoke every now and then when I start it. Pressurized the system for when the engine was cold and no loss of pressure. Pressurized it when hot no loss of pressure. Don't know what to think now. Any ideas ??
