    I think you just hit the nail on the head. The good or great jobs don't need much advertising. Word of mouth is all they need.

    I think there’s a lot of good Companies out there. I’ve had some decent Jobs.Never stayed more than 3 yrs.Always looking for more money. Aside from being Leased to a Carrier for first 7 yrs of being O/O where I was just a Glorified Employee.Currently Drive for Myself going on 15 yrs with my Authority. Only hindsight I have is should have gotten it sooner. Not everyone wants all the hassle.Best talk to other Drivers at smaller Companies especially Non Trucking Companies. There’s a lot of Companies that do their own deliveries out there got to look for them. Might just find a Home that treats you like a human being instead of a tool
