We will let it slide this time. Lol

@Razororange has some nice big loads he hauls once in awhile that I like seeing. He had a pic of a Komatsu 860E chassis. That thing looked huge.

@cke if it was mine I would pull the pan and look for a water trail. Could be a pinhole lower in a liner, a cracked head or bad head gasket. An injector cup will put diesel in the radiator 99 percent of the time. A water pump dont explain the miss every once in a while. A pinhole high, a radial crack or a crack around flange will pump water out the cap at a rapid pace lol.

We are on the same page, he needs to some recon. Tried to help a buddy, recently that had same problem. He put a head on. I wasn't putting psi in the coolant. Just seeping coolant into oil. Well 3 weeks later crack must have gotten bigger. This time it has psi in rad. 6nz number 6 cracked flange to the rear, clear path to oil drain. Complete overhaul that time. Then one of his C12's between 3 and 4 lost a gasket, no rad psi, no external, just dumped down on cam. Clean washed path to oil pan. He is learning to work on engines the hard way. Nothing is standard, but oil samples help. And regardless it will ger worse before better.

Guess he stopped somewhere, I ended up in front of him. I noticed as he passed me his rear chain was loose, and one wedge had fallen over on the bed. We are only going about 35 miles each direction, wonder what his load would look like if he was going 200 miles?

My phone is too old to post pics on here with any clarity, so I rarely post photos. However the IPad does
