J1939 won't communicate on 2013 international prostar

Hi guys I have a 2013 international prostar with the maxxforce engine and the bendix system. I sent the ecm out for emissions delete reprogram and when I reinstalled my left side gauges don't work, abs and tc lights are on, and servicemaxx software won't connect to ecm. I put ecm on another truck and it's good. I also had it randomly work twice on the truck. Runs good but left side guages aren't working and I have electrical fault code on dash. Pins on connector look good and I even gave the power pins on ecm slight twist for better contact. Body controller is also good was swapped with another truck. Thanks for your help

 

I suspected abs module since body controller was showing data issues from pins on j4 that were abs related. Pulled abs fuse before anything else and computer connected with ecm and gauges started working. Put abs fuse back in and now everything works. Not sure if itll happen again but ran it 15 min and 5 key cycles since with no problems and problem is isolated if it does. Thanks for help you're a gold mine on here
