    All the Virginia scales are like that. All the employees are on one side, and there's a booth on the other. There's a man tunnel you use under the freeway to get to the side with the employees.

    Ohio did some math I can't remember the exact numbers but most of overweight tickets were portables . I think it was over 80% compared to stationary coops.

    Wanna really blow your mind? Look at the German invasion route from WW1 and compare to the invasion route from WW2.
