I may have named the wrong person, but I'm pretty sure it was @FalconsFan21 that had those runs. Whoever it was, I remember that they liked it a lot. Besides the easy runs, they were constantly getting offered good deals on open box stuff from store managers. I'm a technology guy, so I call that a win. Best perk I woulda had there in my opinion, but that's coming from a computer and electronic toy nut.

I have a good idea why, took me a minute to figure it out. But, if he left for the reason I think he did, no loss. I have no patience for thin-skinned people. If he left because of a rant I typed (and that's my suspicion) I won't miss him as a friend. And yes, he was a friend in real life. He's too soft. If you're that easily offended, go become a hairdresser, junior. This life ain't lined with feathers for your protection.

My trainer lived in Warner Robins which after a quick check of the map I see is near Perry.

I forgot to mention that this account gave us a 34 over each weekend, usually off late morning to early afternoon on Saturday until early Monday morning. No weekend deliveries.

Many times we could have gotten back Friday night but under the old trainee pay program you were paid a flat daily rate for driving so if we got back Friday I would not have been paid for both Saturday and Sunday. So we drove back Saturday morning so I would be paid for Saturday and only lose Sunday.

I stayed in the truck at a Pilot right off of 75 near Byron, GA and he went home. It was a nice break from each other every week.

I'm throwing a call out to anyone who may be reading this and may have a solution. I have to manually lube my 5th wheel every time I drop a trailer. I'm fine with that, but I HATE this product. Supposedly it's the best stuff out there but it's a pain in the butt to deal with. I currently using a Lucas product, the 5th wheel slide in a squeeze bottle. It's a messy pain in the butt. I don't want the 5th wheel cover, I want a lube suggestion. If you got some knowledge I'd love to hear from ya.

Tilt plate, it's an adjustable 5th wheel. I just need something that doesn't require gloves and 3 hand-washings to get rid of before I touch my steering wheel. There has to be a be a better way...

Well if you’re Looking for a no mess scenario then just grab 2-4 of those packets you just lay on the plate before backing under a trailer.

Now if you’re looking for something good that lasts grab some Schaffers grease extra tack #238

Those packs ain't cheap. Plus you eventually have to deal with the plastic pack that gets left behind. Someone told me about Schaffers, I'll dig into it tomorrow.
