Where is everyone #5

Since I started Keto and my appetite has adjusted, that right there, besides knocking me out of Ketosis, would be 4 days of meals

 

Yeah I ate about a third of it and I’m stuffed. And I know gravy ain’t the healthiest thing, but that stuff was homemade and delicious.

 

I'm not bad mouthing diets whatsoever, but some things work for some not so much for others. I've tried all kinds of diets and lose for a little while and gain it right back and then some usually. My wife started weight watchers about a month ago or so but I didn't. She keeps track of the point thing with the food and she just lets me know what is what.

My big thing hasn't ever been not eating certain foods it's how much food I eat, regardless of what it is. I LOVE to eat! So what I've been doing is just scaling back on the normal foods I eat. I haven't eliminated anything from what I normally eat, I just don't eat as much and I do try not to eat too many sweets during the week. I love junk cereal too, Capn Crunch, Fruity Peebles, Chocolate frosted flakes with those marsh mellow pieces in it, all that kind of stuff. I have cut back on eating that and opt for poached eggs instead because I love them too.

Saturdays are our free days, we eat what and however much we want too. Like tonight after supper, (hamburgers and hot dogs), we're going to have some kind of pumpkin muffin crunch cake thing with vanilla ice cream, I'll have some but won't stuff myself. It seems to be working so far, I've lost 15 lbs in a month with a goal of 50.

Ed’s is less than a mile from the sand plant. Had to climb my trailer and open the lids. Man I almost couldn’t get it done. Lol.

“Everything in moderation” is one of his favorite expressions.

 

I like that phrase and I admire those that can adhere to it.
