There are days I don’t agree. Just not as many as there used to be

 

I got a sister lookin 38 yrs old....two girls 16 +14....as #####y as her if yer interested.....just puttin it out there. LOL

 

All the time. Last night a old buddy shows up. We have a few beers then decide to hit a couple dive bars. Called up the taxi and Oh boy. Rolled in the house about 4am. Slept till 7am, got up and went for the couch. Its been a long time since I've done that and will be along time till the next. I had only ran last 12 day out of 13. I have been getting special treatment from the Mrs. all day lol. But oh well

 

Yeah, mines a pretty good egg too so I don't give her too much grief.

 

You're off to a great start!!! You're absolutely right about some diets work for some but not others. I finally realized that on this go around and basically changed my eating habits. I'm at 205, down from 248. 200 is the first goal, 180-185 is the final goal.
