Awesome thanks. Will look into it this winter. Will be at least spring before I can make a move being there is no housing market in the winter here in ND

I'm in Athens, GA and I'm hovering right around the $25/hr range which is right the average here. I haul fuel around the NE part of the state. I don't drive anywhere in or even close to Atlanta.

A5B7ADE7-FC13-43AA-B766-6DF5C78CF341.jpeg Question for everyone on this Civacon setup. I’ve only dealt with air and mechanical internal valves for each compartment. When loading, do you pull out the MASTER (M valve) AND the individual compartment number valve (1,2,3,4)? Or do you just pull out the master valve (M) and hook up the loading arm to each individual API? I’d love to hear WHY you would or wouldn’t do either. I’m a little sketchy on explaining this so hopefully it’s clear.

To load it's usually pull the master which charges the system with air then pull each compartment knob to open the valve. When your done you can just hit the master and it will bleed the air from each valve causing them to shut.

Correct. Although I usually shut them all then the master.
Also, watch that air pressure gauge. If there's no system leaks it should hold for the time you need it, but if it drops below 60-70psi, the internal valves can shut. The flow will stop and you'll think you're empty, with product still in the tank. Unless you have bottom sensors.
We had one of them completely frozen up (cold) the other day. Drain the air tanks daily.

My trailer is a 96. All manual fire valves, 8 months a year I wish I had a newer trailer, but these 4 months I love my trailer. When average highs are in single digits and tons of below zero weather, it’s nice to always know my fire valves are open and not froze up

Another private fleet is on the brink in so cal. Solar is not doing the corporate owned exxonmobile stations anymore, only franchises, elite/WP took over corporate. Solar drivers getting 1 load per day. So now I get to look forward to Solar drivers milking the clock even more hogging the rack for 45 minutes. Sentinel finished stripping all 76 branding off of their tanks. It's over boys. If I was an arco driver I'd be worried, they are the last ones standing.
