I currently lease my truck to a small carrier working intermodal freight from the SC ports system, can anyone here tell me what documentation I need to gain my own authority and move in and out of the SCPA? I have a local manufacturer that moves enough international freight to keep my one truck operation as busy as i care to be but i dont know how to make the next step from lease operator to owner operator booking directly through their freight forwarder. Thanks for any and all help!!
