Everything looks crooked . It’s really my fault for paying them without checking my boon first , I was in a hurry to make some money , but the pump is leaning . Could that make it not work correctly?
-
It looks like a bolt is missing on top of pump, you have a tool set to get parts off cars you take in to crusher, you may have to do some of the removing the top bolt on ground wire that seems to be hitting alt. top bolt and putting washers on pump till the new belt you buy plus a extra belt to put in tool box in case it throws a belt on the road?

Thanks for the help , I don’t have the tools for this type of work . That’s why I paid him 470$ to install pump. And it’s obviously not installed right . So I don’t see how he can tell me there’s nothing he can do about it and I can’t get my money back , I contacted the BBB Still waiting to n reply . The boon will barely pick up a car so I haven’t been junking or towing . I’m just trying to find another truck shop right now to fix his mistakes so I can get back on the road .

Most truck mechanics don't understand hydraulics very well since hydraulics aren't very common on your typical truck.
To me, if all the other hydraulic functions work the same as they always did then the pump is likely not the issue. What it sounds like to me is you've got an issue in your boom hydraulic circuit. Hydraulic oil flow gives you speed, pressure (resistance to fluid flow) is what gives you power. If you've got a broken spring or a piece of dirt caught in the circuit relief, you'd lose a lot of oil flow to the cylinder.
Honestly your best bet is to take it to a shop that deals with hydraulics. Hydraulic system testing is something that takes a fair amount of skill and experience to understand what's happening inside all those valves.Sirscrapntruckalot, Feedman and Kellz216 Thank this. -
Ok it’s like 2 out of 4 functions are not working , when I’m trying to unfold my boon my pump makes a loud squeaking noise. And it makes the same noise when I try to pick a car up. I door hear or have a problem when I extend the boon or open the claws , This is a hydraulic shop. I see all type of dump and tow trucks up there. And these are the pictures after he fixed it the second time .Can a titanium belt crack like this in 2 weeks ? THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO IS GIVING ME ADVICE ILL BE SURE TO USE IT .

Since you said you was in Cleveland, I did a quick search for hydraulic repair in Cleveland and found this place Baron Industrial Hydraulic on the east side of town right off I-90. It does say they specialize in tow trucks, so they may be able to help you out. Don't know anything about them, but atleast could be a start for you.

Just to give you a vision of what the boon looks like if anyone has knowledge on what would make the unfold and up to pick up a car not work
baha Thanks this. -
THATS THE SHOP WHO DID THIS !!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM .
