I am the farthest thing from a mechanic imaginable, but the oil temperature itself would be less of a concern than why it got that hot. If the coolant level got low enough so that the head was dry I would fear a cracked head.

Let's hope for the best. Where it suddenly started leaking in a lot of places it could have been that a head/head gasket problem started first and caused a lot of pressure in the cooling system which then began leaking?

I'm just guessing; taking mechanical advice from me is like taking sex ed classes from a nun!

@johndeere4020 , I am sure that you mentioned it but I can't remember; did you get disc brakes on the new Trailking, and if so do you notice any difference in performance?

Son of a Gun. LTL flip dock didn't go high enough for my trailer. Didn't have a drop in plate. Then single mast forklifts only and can't pyramid stack outside. How do these guys do anything. Well I'm soaked and now its two loads.

Yeah, I only got "low water" once getting into Tisdale last night. Had a horrible sleep, ugh, but got her started this morning (a good sign I hope!) and am over at the CAT shop in town playing the wait game.
