Oh it's way more common than many want to talk about...
There's a little town in Arkansas we get routed through with our 20 wides that always has cars parked on both sides of a 1 way street by the courthouse. There's maybe 15' max between the cars and we can not get through. We always call an hour ahead and ask the local police for assistance to get 1/2 dozen vehicles moved. They always tell us it's not their problem, call the state. State says call the locals.
We do the same thing, pull into the town square, nope, don't fit, set the brakes and begin shutting the entire town down as we start going business to business looking for car owners and asking them to move.
It's a friggen small town, 99% chance the local cops would know immediately whos cars those are and which business they're at but nope, they don't help and there we sit with the town center shut down while we try to find owners.Shock Therapy, 1951 ford, peterbilt_2005 and 18 others Thank this.
