Well as much as I hated to do it I put in my notice today at Tidewater great company just very slow right now lucky to get 1200 miles a week and thats a good week. So im now headed to Marten ill be going to orientation on 3/17 its been a while since I pulled a 53 footer little nervous about it hope I dont understeer everything. I was wondering what are the big diffrences between a reefer and a dry van this will be my first reefer job?

Just went thru thier orientation last week... Lots of info in a short time..Luckily they give you 2 handbooks...If you have questions the answer is usually in them somewhere..Appear to have had alot of driver input...

with a reefer, you can both dry and periashables.
When they hand out the little book with company info, in there is a list of reefer code faults. Keep it handy.
NEVER LET your reefer run out of fuel. It's a bit## to get the fuel flowing again when the tank has run out. -
been here 2 weeks now..orientation and ran a week..pretty good so far..They tell you in orientation they don't want marten drivers inside the trlr..unloading freight..
