Been out since 2007 and it's going to expire March 2022 or something like that. For me it will help balance the lower pay for being new. Thanks for the advice though.Chinatown Thanks this.

so what would it be ? i thought the company get money from your gi bill benefit the same way a college would ? it doesnt use up your GI Bill hours ? the company would benefit way more than what you will get the from the BAH if im not wrong. maybe i was confused of the apprenticeship program

Thanks for all the advice. I've been also looking into JB Hunt. They have a veteran apprenticeship program and local openings near me so I'm leaning more towards them. From what I have seen they are the only company that has home daily local positions with the veteran apprenticeship program.

I have to call the VA and ask, but another vet told me that if you use your GI bill for the apprenticeship, you will still have 16mos left to go to school if you want.
