But I think you miss the point, this isn't your business, this is new to you and there is a steep learning curve. This isn't a business where it is straightforward as it is in other service industries.
I have 30 years plus in business on one front or another, I would transfer my back office skills and my front of house skills with no problem between those industries but when I returned to trucking, a lot of the front of house skills were useless and I could only use 70% of the back office skills. I almost lost my butt a couple times, made stupid mistakes but got smart when my money ran thin. I took an approach that learning was more important than making money by taking any load.
