ELS FREIGHT....RUN FAR AWAY FROM

Update:Their OOS rate went UP to 25%!
Last time this company was discussed in length a couple of months ago it was at 24.2%!
I’d stay away from them.

 

Is the company really bad

Hey man just letting you know that I'm still here banging it out. Ive been here since April and although freight has been a little iffy lately, the owner reached out to us and told us things are turning around. I'm still making decent money. They're not bad. They're just in a transition period of growing and i think they realized that all the bad apples that they hired have to be weeded out so they're tightening down on their hiring process again. They added some more dispatchers and more people in load planning. I don't really have any issues here. Its just trucking. This time of the year people usually always try to run to greener pastures because of the freight around the holiday season but I'm still here hammering it out.

What type of trucks they have for LP and where do they run

 

I'm Lp. They're phasing out their cornados but they have cadcadias, lonestars, and international LT's and few western stars around. And they pretty much ruch run all 48. I delivered in California the other week. But they usually stay on the eastern 2/3 of the country.
