Replacing the wiper motor seems to cure the issue but yes, it’s a problem across the board with 2019 Volvo’s it seems. Don’t understand what would be different about them from previous years though

Nope, not Abilene... I went to renew my DOT Card for another two years... at the time just to keep my CDL... and I guess they changed the rules for Required Sleep Study.... which I have always been borderline for it... so it was either find another doctor, give up my CDL, or submit to the test....

It will be good as I do need it and already knew I would benefit from it... just didn’t want to pay for it... well, until required that is... lol
