Yes, but it has been decided that the review is to take place at the broker's principal place of business during normal business hours. That means at the brokers office Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. They aren't required to send you anything you have to show up.
Now, you can have your authorized representive (read lawyer) go in your place, or go with you.
Going to get broker authority

Where does it state that?

The key is in the wording of the regulation it says "review" it does not say "provide".
I personally run into this issue when trying to get some broker records. Now on the other hand, if it is a carrier that you are leased to then they must "provide" the records.
Not exactly fair, but what ever is? -
So no actual law to corroborate your assertions. Got it.

If you don't believe me call the OOIDA, or your transportation attorney ask one of them.
I've been there done that, bought the t-shirt, and the genuine hand stitched pillow.
I don't do the long winded arguments with any of my posts, I either give out known accurate info, if appropriate just a comment, please feel free to check any info I deliver to anyone.
That said, I will not post further on this issue,
Thanks. -
I'm just trying to avoid truck stop counter talk for someone in the future that will need this information when searching this topic on the forum. Without a law cited, it's essentially hearsey.
