It’s going ok. It’s done a lot of miles so I bought a spare engine that I’ll do up in my spare time.

Guys, please keep the politics, bickering, and insults out of this one, or it will be closed, as well. We're not going to continue to babysit these threads, so that's the only warning that any of you should expect.

It was getting kinda redundant with the same arguments being brought up over and over. Im pretty sure if one person disappeared the thread would have improved massively. It is good to hear about different approaches/ equipment to accomplish a task or different tasks that are required in each region based off personal experience. It is not productive to automatically argue the opposite side with zero experience in the area.

I'm here for cool pictures of trucks and stories. I have learnt alot from out counterparts across the pond. Might not agree with all of it but I imagine they find our ways silly as well.... ::);)

They have nicer antennas in Europe.
Those antennas aren't the best solution for American trucks. If those European trucks don't have emissions like we have here I think I'd rather drive a European truck for greater reliability and longer service life with less maintenance.
