Cold weather affect turbo/egr?

    07 century 14l. Detroit remain 150k miles ago...had to replace 2 turbos /sensor in the 1 year warranty period which is 6 months past now.

    Not really that cold but it was 24degrees today and I noticed loss of power. Truck has been running good until today. No check engine light..

    the vpod could be worn if you have 06 my engine .
