A lot less than I was expecting. 22,000 lbs

 

I'm at 60 minutes on the unload and almost done. I think I really like this pebbled lime stuff.

 

That almost looks like something destined for the side of the I94 in Wisconsin.

 

PTO blower or exhaust turbo blower?

 

Lookin at it I had it figured around 20,000, but I’m wrong quite a bit. Tryin to get better at guessing the weights of loads. Thanks partner.

 

Found this pic @MagnumaMoose . Not sure I was real clear about the lighting deal. This is the ####pit on a KC-135.



When flying at night the pilots don't have any lighting on other than what lights are on on the gauges and instruments background lighting and you can control how dim or bright you want them. It's actually pretty dark at night while flying, they know what buttons and switches are where and don't need to see them. As far as needing to read maps and charts, they have lights that hang just above they're heads that they can turn on when needed and they have red and white lighting that can be selected but they turn them off when they aren't using them.

Hope that helps a little. Been kind of busy so I never really got to explain in detail what I was talking about. Also I put up a link for a night time approach for a commercial jet but it's pretty much the same for the military aircraft I have flown on.
